Returns Policy
If something is wrong with your order, contact Organicles at info@organicles.pk or on WhatsApp: +92 51 8300030. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Requesting a return
Please request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Keep your receipt or order confirmation. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
Opened or used food and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect product. Discounted products are assessed using the same condition criteria.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your parcel on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Send clear photos of the outer parcel, packaging and affected product, and retain them while we review the issue.
Packaging damaged in transit does not by itself prevent you from reporting a problem. We will review the details and explain the available resolution.
Return instructions
Contact us before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and confirm any delivery arrangements or charges that apply. Parcels sent without prior agreement may not be accepted.

If you would like an exchange, contact us first so we can confirm eligibility, stock and the next steps.
Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing your return and confirm whether a refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 25–30 business days of approval, using the original payment method or an agreed bank-account refund. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will confirm the refund arrangement with you.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since approval, contact us with your order number.
